| Bruce L. Rawlinson is a proven commercial property specialist capable in leasing, sales and financing transactions. Bruce’s commercial real estate experience includes sophisticated investment real estate sales, corporate property acquisitions and financing as well as office, retail and industrial leasing. He is experienced in representing institutional and private property owners, investors, and lenders.
